Muriel Pont|Independent escape game designer
I was delighted to work with Gwen for a Materials review. She gave me constructive feedback, delivered with kindness, backed by clear, logical reasoning that helped me understand why something works or doesn't. I really appreciated that she didn't just point out what wasn't working, but took the time to explain how to improve my document easily and quickly. And as a bonus, her feedback wasn't limited to the graphic design of the document, it also covered the coherence between content and form, which really helps bring out my message. I recommend her to make your materials more effective, with an approachable style, and you'll have a good time too!
FAQ
-
* Can I have several materials reviewed in one Comminication Materials Review session?
For short materials (a simple one-sided flyer, social media posts), it's possible to review several during the one-hour call, as long as the overall scope fits within the time available. For longer materials (presentations, reports, websites...), the hour is dedicated to a single piece, to ensure a sufficiently thorough analysis. If you're unsure what's feasible in one session, get in touch before booking and I'll let you know.
-
* My material is more than 20 pages, is that still possible?
No, the 20-page limit is set to guarantee a thorough analysis within the one-hour timeframe. Beyond that, the exercise would lose quality and usefulness. If your material exceeds this limit, contact me: we'll look together at whether a custom engagement would better suit your needs.
-
* What if my material isn't on the list?
The list covers the most common formats, but it isn't exhaustive: the Revue de Support is open to any material of 20 pages or fewer. If you're unsure about a specific format, get in touch before booking and I'll confirm whether it's a good fit.
-
* What happens if I send my material late or forget to send it?
The material must be sent at least 48 hours before the call, this lead time allows me to prepare a solid analysis rather than a cold read during the session. Without receiving it within this timeframe, the appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled; the session won't be shortened or delayed to compensate.
-
* Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
The appointment can be rescheduled free of charge if you notify me at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled date. Within that window, it can still be cancelled, but 50% of the amount remains due.
-
* Can I use the Comminication Materials Review for a material that isn't finished yet?
Yes, this is actually an ideal use case. Spotting weak points before publication avoids having to redo everything afterward, or releasing a material that doesn't achieve its goal. The Revue de Support works just as well on a finished piece as on an advanced draft.
-
* What happens if I disagree with the recommendations?
The Comminication Materials Review is an expert opinion built on specific criteria (clarity, information hierarchy, readability, visual consistency...), not an absolute truth to apply without question. Part of the call is dedicated to discussing these recommendations together: we adjust them if needed, taking into account your context, constraints, and input, to build an action plan that truly fits you.
-
* Is the call recording confidential?
Yes. The recording is for your use only, so you can revisit the points discussed at your own pace. It will not be shared or reused without your consent.
-
* What's the difference with the Flash Day?
The Comminication Materials Review (€150) gives you a diagnosis and an action plan that you implement yourself. The Flash Day (€500) goes further: I create the finished deliverable myself. If you book a Flash Day within 7 days of your Comminication Materials Review, you get a 100€ discount on the Flash Day.
-
* Can Your Review Material and Do Sessions in English ?
Yes, absolutely !
